Termination:

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Indemnity:
You’ll indemnify Company from claims due to your violation of this agreement, other documents, laws, or rights of others.
Governing Law; Venue:
This agreement follows California state laws, with exclusive jurisdiction and waived objections to venue.
